How to: Submit a tech ticket.

1. Visit from any web-enabled PC, laptop, phone or tablet using any web browser (some staff may have a direct shortcut on their desktop to the tech ticketing page)

2. Click on the Submit a Tech Ticket button, or go to Technical Services - Report a Problem.
3. Enter the following information:
Your email address
A subject for your incident (eg. Smart Board not interactive)
Select your school from the drop-down menu
Description of your problem. Please use one problem per ticket, and include as much relevant information as possible - this will assist technicians in being able to correctly diagnose and rectify the issue
4. Click the Submit button at the bottom
5. Your ticket will be automatically allocated to your technician as well as other key staff at hi-impact, including the Technical Manager, Office Manager and a top tier technician where applicable.
